Advisor Institute brought advisors to Indianapolis for education on recruitment, retention and personal development.

Alpha Sigma Alpha has partnered with Fleurette (Flo) King, M.A., Taryn Petryk and Aida Martinez-Freeman, Ph.D., consultants from Thriving Inclusion, to perform a diversity, equity and inclusion audit. This process will involve a thorough review of the organization’s current practices to ensure the Sorority is fostering an environment that is reflective and inclusive of the global community – different people, different cultures, different perspectives. Members will have opportunities to provide feedback, which will be included in the development of a comprehensive picture of the Sorority’s strengths and growth opportunities in the areas of diversity, equity and inclusion.

This is the first step in a multi-year initiative to raise awareness, enhance educational opportunities and ensure alignment with Alpha Sigma Alpha values.
