The Alpha Sigma Alpha 2018-22 Strategic Plan was unveiled at the 2018 National Convention & Leadership Conference held in Phoenix, AZ. The 2018-22 strategic plan will guide the organization and continue to strengthen Alpha Sigma Alpha’s position as a leader in advancing the sorority experience.

“Alpha Sigma Alpha develops women of poise and purpose who strive to improve the world around them. We inspire women to lead, to serve and most of all to make a difference, in their communities, on their campuses and in their personal and professional lives,” said National President Kelly McGinnis Beck. “This strategic plan will encourage new conversations, inspire meaningful collaborations and enhance our culture of inclusiveness.”

The national council developed this plan with input from the membership and thorough research and analysis of trends impacting members and society. Throughout the coming year, there will be opportunities for members to learn more about the strategic plan and how member involvement is vital to Alpha Sigma Alpha’s success. The plan will be assessed annually to ensure it remains relevant within Alpha Sigma Alpha and the fraternal community.
