Officer Academy

Officer Academy is Alpha Sigma Alpha’s training conference to provide selected collegiate chapter officers the skills they need to fill their specific leadership roles. The 2027 Officer Academy will include a balanced schedule of events for the vice presidents of recruitment and communications and public relations directors focused on intentional membership growth that achieve the following objectives:

 

• Participants will learn strategies to grow their chapters and reach a healthy and vibrant chapter size.
• Participants will learn how to promote Alpha Sigma Alpha’s unique identity as a purpose-built and resilient organization.
• Participants will learn authentic marketing strategies geared towards current potential new members that will in turn, grow their chapter 

 

Officer Academy will be January 15-17, 2027 in Indianapolis, IN. More information will be sent to collegiate chapter officers in fall 2026.
