Jennifer joined the Gamma Mu Chapter of Alpha Sigma Alpha at Adrian College in Michigan, where she served in multiple officer roles as a collegian. With a professional career focused on history, she lent her volunteer talents as the National Historian from 2014-20. Jennifer served as an advisor for Alpha Sigma Tau Sorority at Western Illinois University during her time in their history department and helped during Alpha Sigma Alpha’s re-establishment of the Beta Beta Chapter on campus. She eventually served as an advisor for Beta Kappa Chapter before she moved to another university.

Jennifer serves as a Professor and Head of the Department of History at the University of Northern Iowa. Among many achievements professionally, she has multiple series as part of The Great Courses.
